Newly remodelled and friendly hotel in every way with amiable staff in replenishing food at buffet bar. Traditional English breakfast catered for guests.

Everything was good, however we stayed for 1 night only. The twin room with a bath, facilities worked for us. Stunning location to explore Bournemouth and good service. Thank you for making our stay very lovely.

It was good what you got for the price you paid. The night was reduced. If I had to pay the full price, I would have been disappointed.
The bathtub was a little dirty.

Excellent staff service. Single rooms available. Swimming pool available. Food satisfactory.
Room adverised freeview TV but only had terrestial channels - didn't matter for one night though. Don't use hotels much, but room service seemed expensive.

Location is pretty useful.
Awful nights sleep due to youngsters constantly making noise in corridors until middle of night. TV 20 feet from bed in a basic room. Parking somwhat chaotic and smokers adorn the entrance to the hotel. Will not be using again.
